These varieties are suitable in terms of our climate, soil condition and farmer’s practice. We are appreciated considerably by the farmers and dealers from the beginning.
We are working relentlessly to establish a PROCESSING VARIETY oriented POTATO value chain. In this regard, we already carrying out trials of a few varieties in the northern part of Bangladesh. We also multiply quality potato seeds through contract farming. We have some export quality potato varieties in our hand. Soon we will market a few varieties of starch, chips, and french fries along with table potato suitable for export only.
