DEBASISH BHATTACHARYYA

Has conducted several study, value chain analysis and market systems analysis under national and international agencies.

AOWLAD HOSSAIN
Head of Business Affairs

Mr. Aowlad has 22 years of experience as development professional in Bangladesh. Worked as an expert for market systems development to engage private sector in sustainable manner. Has deep understanding in horticultural development activities -nursery, vegetable seeds, crops and fruits backward-forward linkages. Worked exclusively for the Development of Livelihood and AIGAs for poor farmers with existing resource and skill development in agricultural sector. Managed project through partners on farmer’s production and market linkage development in agriculture & non-agricultural sector. Has worked in high-value commercial crops, fisheries, livestock, non-agricultural products value chain analysis and agro-business development for commercial farmers & women HHH (Northern, Southern & Coastal areas in BD. Has deep knowledge in Research & Development Planning to identify & select market oriented vegetable crops variety, planned to develop sales target & achievement strategy as Marketing & Sales ideas for Bangladesh seed market. Well strategic in terms of new technology commercialization to Bangladeshi seed companies through comprehensive plan and campaigning to provide smallholder farmers access to high-quality seeds of improved varieties of horticultural crops to increasing productivity and income.

SHEKHAR BANERJEE

Shekhar Banerjee is a development expert in the field of health, nutrition, policy advocacy, research and program implementation. Mr. Banerjee has 20 years of experience to work with national and international organization as well development partners eg. EU, ADB, giz, Care Bangladesh, ICDDRB, GOPA worldwide Consultants gmbH. He has also experience and working with government ministries and departments in its system strengthening and capacity building. He has extensive working experience in research and monitoring which covers primary health care and to facilitate multi-sectoral action for nutrition, local public private partnership and introduce social business models to strengthen the demand and supply of local, nutritious, agro ecological foods. He has also hands on experience of program management, direction, capacity building and policy level advocacy.

Mr. Tareque Hasan has more than twenty years of experience in this field. Has ensured all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way in many different organizations. Has worked closely to improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. He is an expert to help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant. Has formulated strategic and operational objectives. Has overseen various companies’ fiscal activity including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Has experienced on assessing and implementing improved processes in terms of corporate culture and initiated innovative ideas for improvements. Worked to examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Managed budgets and forecasts. Has deep knowledge in terms of recruit, train and supervise staff.

ABDUL HANNAN

Mr. Hannan has more than seventeen years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing. He started his career with Transcom Beverage Ltd. and continued for the next decade in different reputed national and international marketing companies as a senior positioned officer. He was responsible for the largest portions of Bangladesh as his working area for his extraordinary skills and capabilities. He has strong communication skills and can meet sales goals by monitoring progress. He also has excellent skills of creating and implementing sales plans as well as management and leadership skills. Has the ability to analyze sales data with good presentation skills. He is a good coach for his sales representatives.

ABU SAMA FARID
National Sales Manager

Mr. Abu Sama has more than 20 years of professional experience in sales and marketing. He also has deep knowledge in the agriculture and medicine sectors. He has an excellent ability of managing large team and can train them as per company requirements. He can analysis quickly a market and can formulate strategies instantly. Typically he works for companies to help them meet their revenue needs. He works closely with other department heads like finance, business affairs, research and operations to establish a department budget, encourage sales through marketing campaigns and address customer complaints. His job is to hold meetings with sales staff to review monthly goals, highlight new products to sell and cultivate sales pitches.
